The Form:
Only items specifically marked ‘For entry in website’ will be published; all other details will treated as personal information and will not be passed on to anyone else.
Tip: if you type your description in 'Notepad' or similar first, then copy it into that part of the form, it will save retyping if there are any internet connection etc. problems.
NB. When the form successfully submits it will turn grey; the confirmation message appears at the top of the form (ie just below here).
After you have submitted the form, please click here to validate your email address, if you have one. It will generate an email note; please just type in the name of your shop/business and town and send it. I will only use your email address to confirm receipt of your details, to respond to any of your questions or requests for information (or for invoicing if you have selected the 'premium service') . I will not pass this or any other personal information on to anyone else.
I will confirm receipt of your data, usually within a day or so; if you have not received any confirmation after seven days, or you suspect any problem, please drop me a short email to let me know and I'll advise accordingly. Thank you.
